Rachel Masterson, President
Rachel Masterson is the President and Majority Owner of T.E.M. Group, with overall responsibility for the company’s strategy, operations, and long-term performance. She provides direct leadership across project execution, financial oversight, workforce development, and client relationships, guiding the company’s continued growth in complex industrial and infrastructure markets throughout Kentucky.
As President, Rachel is accountable for operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational direction, with a strong focus on safety, disciplined execution, and building a sustainable organization capable of delivering mission-critical infrastructure for decades to come.

Tom Masterson, Founder & Strategic Advisor
Tom Masterson founded T.E.M. Group and served as President for more than 25 years, acting as the driving force behind the company’s growth into a trusted electrical contractor for complex industrial and infrastructure projects across the Commonwealth. With over 50 years of experience in the electrical industry, Tom established the standards, relationships, and disciplined approach that continue to define the company today.
Today, Tom serves in a strategic advisory role, supporting leadership development, long-term planning, and continuity of the company’s core values. He works closely with the executive team to provide historical perspective and guidance while supporting the transition to the next generation of leadership.
